QC Process

Our QC protocol begins with the rigorous inspection of raw materials. Upon arrival, tea leaves undergo random batch sampling to test for agricultural residues and heavy metals, specifically targeting Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd) to ensure compliance with EU and global safety standards. Beyond chemical safety, we conduct microbiological testing to monitor Total Plate Count (TPC) and other microbial indicators. Only batches that pass these strict criteria proceed to production, guaranteeing that every gram of our matcha is safe, pure, and of the highest quality.
